Hi ! My name is Sarah, Im 33 years old and I’m from Canada. In 2020, I gave birth to my son, my first and only baby.
I became a S-A-H-M ( not by choice). With the pandemic, my job closed, and with time passing, I took the choice to dedicate my life to my son. I felt so lonely too so when I discovered other mom blogs on pinterest, blogging about their journey, I felt the need to do the same. I’ve worked out of home all my life so being a S-A-H-M was definitely a challenge and a new thing for me. My goal is to change the stigma that the society wants us to have for taking that choice.

Why I Love What I Do
This blog was born from a huge passion of mine, which is writing, but what really made me start was for all the S-A-H-M out there. I don’t know why society judges so much S-A-H-M when most of us made the choice to become one. We weren’t forced to do it. I have a diploma in social sciences and a certificate in coaching. The articles I wrote are mostly tips or thoughts from my current experience. I’m not a healthcare professional or a therapist. I’m just a passionate mom who would love to at least help another mother out there by documenting my journey.
Being a S-A-H-M is a beautiful thing, but it can also get really lonely. It’s easy to slip into those thoughts and compare ourselves with other moms. And, I also feel that mothers in general need to be more understood rather than judged. A happy mom is a happy child.
