About Mom Creative Blogger: A safe space for overwhelmed moms

Hi, I’m the voice behind Mom Creative Blogger, and before anything else, I’m a mom of 34 years old who knows what it feels like to be exhausted, overwhelmed, and quietly trying to hold everything together.
Motherhood changed me in ways I never expected. It brought love, yes, but also mental load, anxiety, burnout, self-doubt, and moments where I completely lost myself.

Why Mom Creative Blogger was created
I created Mom Creative Blogger because I couldn’t find honest conversations about motherhood, the kind that talk about emotional exhaustion, ADHD, mental health, burnout, and the pressure to “do it all” while feeling completely drained.
This blog is not about being the perfect mom.
It’s about being a real mom, learning how to survive, heal, and slowly reconnect with yourself.

What you’ll find on my blog :

A note from me
I’m not here to give medical advice or pretend to have all the answers. When I need more informations, I do my research before I write my post.
What I share is based on personal experience, research, and the voices of countless moms who feel unseen and unheard. I don’t like sugarcoating things either.
My mission:
My mission is simple:

It’s to remind moms that they are not broken, lazy, or failing; they are overwhelmed. I believe that listening to your body, your emotions, and your intuition also matters a lot, especially in motherhood. You know yourself and your children better than anyone else. My goal is to help you to regain that power within yourself.
And overwhelmed moms deserve compassion, support, and space to breathe.

You’re not alone
If you’re feeling tired, disconnected, anxious, or lost, remind yourself that you’re not alone.
I hope Mom Creative Blogger feels like a safe place where you can pause, breathe, and feel understood. If you want to collaborate, has any ideas, questions or comments, feel free to contact me in the contact form.
